Extremely convenient and well priced place, I appreciated very cordial personnel.

The hotel had a central setting in "nonsmoking" areas. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Trail Glades Range.

It was wonderful, upscale and with a comfortable bed...

New-fashioned room and silent on top floors.

I was very disappointed in the whole experience. We booked a King size room and we got a double bed room instead. It was our wedding anniversary and wanted to make it a special night. Instead we had to sleep on a very small double bed and I hardly slept at all. They did not accept responsibility for it. They blamed Booked.net. They did not want to help whatsoever, I had to wait until morning and call Booked.net again and at the end of it all, they did not want to give us a discount on our stay,all we got was a late check out and a free buffet that was not appetizing at all. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant and do not plan to stay here again.

The hotel was clean, big. The staff were helpful, the breakfast we had was great value for money at all food. The location of the venue was central, close to Louisiana casinos, downtown Miami and local attractions or services.

It was a family-friendly hotel which had excellent service. The staff were professional and the pool was nice. Had well decorated room with a comfortable bed for a really good stay. The location was convenient and the room was immaculate.

There was the low cost breakfast, liked the location.

Fun stay with some perks!

We spent one night here before our flight. The staff was super friendly and helped us with our bags. The swimming pool was nice, and the food was big portions, I barely finished my dinner! But the smoking smell in the lobby was pretty strong. It was a comfy stay.

the handi-capped bathroom hand rail(near the toilet) was very close to the wall. I kept scraping my knuckles and experiencing pain..

Nothing! Everything so bad n suck. The staff was horrible, they rued n they only care for the ppl who go there n gaming. Never book there agin.

The spacious room was quite comfortable, and we loved our time exploring the nearby River of Grass on a beautiful nature tour with friends.

My wife says that the dining options could definitely be improved for a romantic getaway.

They permitted smoking inside the building. Not meant for business guests -- e.g., you could not print an airline boarding pass without a huge hassle, and the internet was over-priced. I stayed on the 5th floor, and you could hear noise from a band.

Check-in felt sluggish, with long lines at the front-definitely not a fun way to start your stay. The dining options were underwhelming with limited choices available, especially outside of the weekends. Be prepared to be flexible with meal times. A notable absence of in-room refrigerators can be frustrating for those with groceries or medications requiring cool storage. The casino's smokers can create an uncomfortable atmosphere for non-smokers, impacting your ability to enjoy the overall environment.
